MOSCOW CONFERENCE
DECISIONS ALREADY SEEN IN OPERATION Rood. 9.10 p.m. London, Nov. 19. “There are indications that Moscow Conference decisions are already being put into operation,” says Ankara radio, quoting the newspaper Ulus. “Sofia has been bombed and it is possible the Allies will go so far as to declare war on Franco’s Spain. The Russians do not intend being tolerant towards Britain’s enemies, nor the British tolerant towards Russians foes. Bulgaria cannot hope to escape through her relations with Russia frem the punishment awaiting her for co-operating with the Reich. Neither can Spain, who sent volunteers to the eastern front, efface the memory of this act by an attitude of non-belliger-ency towards Britain.
