BADOGLIO’S “TECHNICAL” CABINET
Recd. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 17. The Associated Press correspondent in southern Italy says that Marshal Badoglio’s new so-called technical Cabinet consists of himself as Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Admiral de Courten as Navy Minister, General Renato Sandalli as Air Minister, and under-secretaries for their posts with power to act as Ministers until Rome is reached and a new government formed. The under-secre-taries include General Orlando.
