COMING ALLIED AIR BLOWS Recd. 10 p.m. London. Nov. 18. The 8.8. C. last night sent out a special warning to people In France about coming Allied air attacks. "To shorten the war it is necessary for the Allied air force to devote urgent and special attention to industries in France engaged in the manufacture of tanks, guns, lorries, planes and locomotives,” said the announcer.
