Skelton, occupied the whole dav in the trial of George Brownlee isdale, aged 51. medical practitioner. ,of Ngaruawahia, before Mr. Justice Callan. Accused js being tried on eight charges of unlawfully using an instrument with intent to procure miscarriage and one of conspiring to procure miscarriage. Ihe Court will sit an hour earlier than usual to-morrow in order that the case may be finished at a reasonable hour.
