SAPPER FRASER WELCOMED HOME (0.C.) Rangataua, Nov. 18. A pleasant evening was spent recently at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. W. Fraser, Rangataua. when relatives and friends, about 40 in number. some from the adjacent camp, welcomed Sniper M. D. (Dave) Fraser. Sapper Fraser has returned from England, where he served three years in the 11th Forestry Co. Dancing and musical items were the order of the evening, and the usual toasts were honoured, one of which, proposed by Mr. H. Harwood, was to Sapper Fraser, and another at “Absent Friends,” particularly those overseas, by Mr. D. Ellis.
