SEA SCOUT COMMISSIONER (P.A.) Dunedin, Nov. 15. Mr. A. J. Black, Dominion Commissioner for Sea Scouts, will leave tomorrow afternoon in his motor-boat Sea Rover for Wellington, and will then proceed to many ports in the North Island with the object <?f stimulating interest in the Sea Scout ravemen t.
Mr. Black will be accompanied by his wife and Messrs. W. Penrose and A. Thompson, both qualified Sea Scout officers. Mr. Black hopes to spend two days at each port. ” x
