FLETCHER HOLDINGS NEW ISSUE. The directors of Fletcher Holdings, Limited, announce their intention to offer to existing shareholders up to 125,000 of the company’s unissued ordinary shares of £1 each at a premitun of 2s 6d a share. The issue opens on October 4 and closes on October 21. Existing shareholderg are entitled to allotment of one share for every two held, and the directors state that they obtained permission some time ago to increase their capital by the issue of an additional 250.000 ehares of £1 each.
