QONSUMERS using electricity for water heating are asked to note that in terms of the Electric Water Heating Order 1943, any electric water heater connected after Bth July, 1943, whether a new service or an old one reconnected for a new consumer or after servicing, must be connected through a meter and actual units used charged for. In furtherance of the terms of the Order it has been decided that at the time of any inspection of any domestic installation where there is a water heater in use such heater must be connected through the meter at the time of the inspection.
