LIGHT FORCES IN ACTION
London, Sept. 14. Light coastal forces of (he Royal Na\y engaged a group of enemy patrol vessels off the Dutch coast last night. A torpedo hit was scored on one enemy vessel. All our ships returned to port .safely.
