WILL “WATCH SHIPS GO BY” Recd. 11 p.m. Washington, Sept. 1. William Burdette, the new Minister to New Zealand, was farewelled by President Roosevelt befere his departure. He said he had not received any particular instructions. "Things are going so nicely in New Zealand that there will be little to do except watch the ships go by,” he said.
