MR. E. B. GORDON’S CAMPAIGN Mr. E. B. Gordon, Nationalist candidate, commenced his campaign on Monday afternoon at Rewa Hall. Mr. J. J. Thomasen presided. The candidate gave an outline of the Nationalists’ policy, and at the conclusion received a hearty vote of thanks and confidence. In the evening there was a good attendance of electors at the Waituna West Hall. Mr. L. T. McLean presiding. At the conclusion of his address the candidate received a hearty vote of thanks and confidence. Mr. Gordon will address the electors at Putorino School at .1.30 this (Wednesday) afternoon, and at Max Hall, Mangaweka, in the evening at 8 p.m. Corporal Freeman starts at the Durie Hill School to-night at 8 p.m.. when Mr. H. E. Coombes, M.P., will speak on his behalf.
