MAJESTIC THEATRE
Bringing together three of Hollywood's brightest stars, Paulette Goddard, Fred Mac Murray and Susan Hayward, Paramount's fiery Technicolour saga of the tall timberlands, “The Forest Rangers," screens at the Majestic Theatre to-day. The supporting cast includes Lynne Overman, Albfrt Dekker, Regis Toomey, Eugene Pallette and Rod Cameron. George Marshall directed. Preview critics have acclaimed this swiftly moving romantic drama as one of the season’s most exciting films. Its locale is the scenic wonderland, of the high California timber country, where Rangers of the U.S. Forest Service wage ceaseless battle against raging forest fires. Added to its side-splitting comedy, romance, and spine-tingling thrills, the picture contains several of the year's hit songs as well. The hit parade number, “Jingle Jangle Jingle” is from this film. So is "Tall Grows the Timber.” Screening to-morrow, "Natasha.”
