RECENT TRIAL HELD. The Wanganui Gun Dog Club held a trial recently on Mr. Allison’s estate, Marangai. Results were:Hand trials: Puppy, Mr. L. Sheppard’s Irish water spaniel Jeep (only entry;. Limit: Mr. J. Dunlop’s" snringer spaniel Flick. 83 points, I: Mr. W. Robbie’s Labrador retriever Tar of Glenlassie, 76 points, 1; Mr. A. Coe’s Labrador retriever Kim, 46 points 3; Mr. L. Sheppard’s Irish water spaniel Brownie, 28 points. 4; Mr. J. Dunlop’s springer spanrcl Cushla, 23 points, 5; Mr. Lacking’s cocker spaniel Scamp. 13 points, 6. Water trials: Mr. W. Robbie’s Tar of Glenlassie, 67 j oint?' 1: Mr. A. Coe’s Kim, 62 points, 2; Mr. barking's Scamp. 59 points, 3; Mr. L. Sheppard’s Brownie. 54 points, 4; Mr. Mr. .1. Dunlop's Flick, 47 points, 5. Mr. W. Robbie’s Tar of Glenlassie is still leading in points for the Dunlop aggregate c u p.
