APPOINTMENTS OF OFFICERS. (P.A.) Wellington, Aug. 26. Appointments and promotions of officers of the New Zealand military forces gazetted to-night include the following: Major (Temp. Lieut.-Colonel) H. E. Fernyhough relinquishes his appointment as Commandant of a New Zealand staff college on Ills return to Britain. Major (Temp. Lieut.-Colonel) E. L. Davies and Major (Temporary Lieut.Colonel) C. R. Rowtham relinquish the commands of Anti-craft Brigades on their their return to Britain. Captain (Temp. Major) F. H. Spark relinquishes his appointment as Brigade Major of an. Anti-craft Brigade on his return to Britain. Temp. Major H. R. Vercoe. D. 5.0., D.C.M., ot the Home Guard, has been appointed commandant of a military camp. Temp, Lieut.-Colonel F. J. Gorton,
