DAILY INTERCESSION

O Thou Protector of al] who trust in Thee, take into Thy hand the men who through perils of war are serving our cause. Be Thou their strength in the midst of their dangers. May they through life or death put their trust in Thee Who art the only giver of victory, and canst save by many or by few; through Jesus Christ our Lord. O Our Father, uphold, we pray Thee, those who minister to the wounded and sick, the homeless and distressed. Grant to the chaplains love and faithfulness, to physicians and surgeons wisdom and skill, to nurses sympathy and patience. Protect them in all dangers, anxieties, and labours; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
