HUGE INCREASE THIS YEAR Feed. 11 p.m. Washington, June The United States Army Air Force wil be increased by 115,000 plaws tnis fiscal year, General Arnold told the House of Representatives’ Civil Service Committee. This would cost 33,000,000,000 dollars. General Arnold said, asking for an additional 56,000 civilian personnel, of whom he would make full use. thereby releasing fighting men for the front line.
