EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS Recd. 6.45 p.m. Rugby, June 26. One hundred and eleven British ceamen arrived in Lisbon to-day by train, to be exchanged for an equal number of German prisoners, states a news agency message. The members of the party belonged to 53 ships which were sunk in various ways8.0.W.
