IN VERY BAD WAY
PORT OF MARSEILLES London, March 15. The Germans news agency, quoting its Marseilles correspondent, indicates that the port is in a very bad way. The harbour is at a standstill, and there has been virtually no sea traffic to Marseilles since French North Africa was occupied by the Allies. There is a great shortage of food.
