CHURCHILL’S MESSAGE
(P.A.) Wellington, March 16, The following personal message has been received by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, from Mr. Churchill:—“l am sending you by air a copy of the film ‘Desert Victory* taken largely under fire by soldier and airmen cameramen witn the Eighth Army. The Second N.Z. Division were in the drama from beginning to end, from their advance through the mine-fields to the day when 1 had the honour and pleasure of seeing them march past in Tripoli. Never have 1 seen a finer body of men, and they had by then marched and fought for 1400 miles.”
