OBITUARY
MR. S. W. CROTTY Mr. S. Walter Crotty who died recently at Le Bon’s Bay, was born at Duvauchelle 77 years ago, and was a well-known farmer of the district. With the exception of some years spent at Geraldine, he had lived most of his life at Le Bon’s Bay. He is survived by his wife, four sons and two daughters. MR. T. DOBSON A resident in Whangarei since 1908, Mr. Thomas Dobson died at the age of 77. He went from Cumberland with his wife and five children to Whangarei. He was organist and choirmaster for 17 years at Carrigill Church, England, and held a similar position for a long period at the Whangarei Methodist Church. Three sons and a daughter survive him.
