LEND-LEASE SUPPLIES FOR RUSSIA
PERMITTED BY JAPS VIA SIBERIA Recd. 6 p.m. Washington, March 12. The Lend-Lease Administration's report reveals that the Japanese are permitting Lend-Lease shipments to move in Russian ships, unmolested across the Pacific to Siberia. Officials stated that this was due to Japan’s desire not to infringe the Non-aggression Treaty with Russia, and added that the shipments probably would continue despite protests from Germany.
