IRISH CONCERT
A varied and entertaining programme will be presented in the Wanganui Opera House on St. Patrick’s night, Wednesday, March 17 when a concert in aid of the Aubert Home ol Compassion Wanganui, will be held, items will be given by pupils from the convent schools, and Marist Brothers School. Adult numbers will be given by leading artists. A playette will be staged by students from the Sacred Heart Convent, St. John’s Hill. National dancing numbers will be a feature of the programme, and the Garrison Band will be assisting.
