FIGURES FOR WANGANUI A decline in marriages and births is shown in the vital statistics for Wanganui for February, compared with the same month last year. The comparative figures are:— 1943 1942 Births - 33 52 Marriages 10 18 Deaths 24 25 So far this year there have been 76 births in Wanganui, compared with 107 for January and February last year, 78 deaths as against 56, and 20 marriages compared with 32.
