TWO AIRMEN INJURED

SOUTH ISLAND INCIDENTS (P.A.) Wellington, Feb. 18. An airman pilot under training, L.A.C. Douglas Ross Sadgrove (mother, Mrs. F. R. Sadgrove. Auckland), received injuries classified as moderately severe in an aircraft accident at a South Island air station yesterday. He was engaged on a solo training flight. A radio mechanic serving with the R.N.Z.A.F., Aircraftman Ray Ellis Allen (mother, Mrs. E. P*. Al'en, Auckland) received severe burns following contact with high tension wires at a South Island air station yesterday. He was. admitted to hospital.
