RELAXATION OF RESTRICTIONS (Recd. 6.30 p.m.) Canberra, F«h. 13. The defence authorities have decided that maski~may be removed from motor vehicle lights everywhere in Australia south of Rockhampton, Queensland. The authorities have stipulated that lights from motor vehicles must not be shown to seaward and that car owners must keep the masks serviceable for immediate use when directed.
