(Recd. 11.5 p.m.) London, Feb. 14. Confusion has arisen over the name of the assassinated Bulgarian general, whom the Berlin radio firstly called Lukoff,- former War Minister. Berlin radio later gave the name of Mikhoff, Bulgarian War Minister, but ultimately state that the victim was Major-General Lukasch, chief of the General Staff, who had actively urged Bulgaria to enter the war 'against Russia.
