VICE-REGAL VISITORS AT DUNEDIN
(P.A.) Dunedin, Feb. 3. Sir Cyril and Lady Newall, accompanied by their daughtei, Miss Georgina Newall, arrived here last evening, and this morning commenced a three-day programme. The principal arrangement to-day will be an inspection ot the parade of the St. John Ambulance Brigade at Carisbrook, this being the first event in the celebration of the founding of the local brigade.
