WOOLCOTT-FORBES FOR TRIAL

The attorney for Woolcott-Forbes asked the Federal Court for permission to withdraw the previous plea of not guilty on the grounds that he I should not be asked to plead because he was illegally apprehended in Mexico Citv and forced to enter the United States against his will. Decision was reserved.
