FUEL CONSUMPTION MUST BE REDUCED
ORDERS IN RUSSIA (Reed. 7.45 p.m.) London. Oct. 11. Pravda says the Soviet Government ordered a lb to 15 per cent, reduction in the consumption of coal, oil and other fuels compared with the* consumption at the end of last year. “The fight for fuel amounts to a fight for the very existence of the Soviets.”
