DEATH OF SOLDIER
MOTOR-CYCLE COLLIDES WITH ARMY TRUCK (P.A.) Wellington, Sept. 29. _A soldier was killed instantly in Waterloo Quay, Wellington, this afternoon. He was Gunner Leslie Wilkins, aged 22, stationed at a camp near Wellington. His home was Milton, Otago. Wilkins was riding a motor-cycle which came into collision with a heavy Army truck. He suffered a compound fracture of the skull.
