GRAVES AS MONUMENT TO NEW ORDER New York, Sept. 27. Commenting on the report that the known Nazi executions have reached the almost incredible figure of 207,373, the New York Times says: “Never has there been frightfulness like it in history. The Nazi massacres, carried out in passionless discipline, never cease; they follow the clock. “For i: ■ first time one nation is-at-tempting deliberately to decimate the population of the Continent. The conquerors, apparently balked everywhere oy tne growing resistance, are determined to leave, in the graves of these martyrs, at least one monument to the new* order in Europe.” EXECUTIONS IN ZAGREB London, Sept. 28. The Berne newspaper Neue Zurcher Zeitung states that a girl student and four others were executed at Zagreb, on a charge of spreading Communistic propaganda. _
