“The Ghost of Frankenstein,” which screens finally at the Regent Theatre to-day, is one of the most sensational of the series, and features Lon Chaney and Sir Cedric Hardwick. The associate feature is “You’re Telling Me,” starring Hugh Herbert. “Confessions of Boston Blackie.”
Boston Blackie, that hard-hitting, handsome young rogue who constantly beats the cops to the punch and to the solution of seemingly insoluble crimes, returns to the Regent Theatre to-mor-row in Columbia’s “Confessions of Boston Blackie,” second in the thrilling new series which features Chester Morris in the title role. Harriett Hilliard, the lovely vocalist of radio and stage fame, plays the romantic lead opposite Morris, in her first straight dramatic role. “The associate feature is “Texas Stampede,” starring Tom Randell and Charles Starrett.”
