U.S. REPUBLICANS CALL FOR LEADERSHIP
Washington, Sept. 23. A declaration of policy demanding full and immediate utilisation by the .’resident of the most capable and most efficient military and civilian leadership was adopted as a conference of Republican members of the House of Representatives. The declaration reaffirmed the Republican’s loyal support of the President in war recognised the need for post-war international co-operation, and discountci any possibility/ of a negotiated orr.ee.
