BY NAZI SUBMARINE CREW Moscow, Sept. 23. A German submarine in t.ie Barents nk i o tugboats and two barges several miles from shore and slaughtered 710 Russian tyomen and children and students. The submarine, after torpedoing ■the vessels, shelled and machinegunned the lifeboats into which the survivors scrambled, and then rode down survivors clinging to pieces of wreckage, and finally followed a few left who were making for shore and i machine-gunned them.
