52-HOUR WEEK
(Recd. 8.15 p.m.) London, May 20. The introduction of the 52-hour week in industry and the 46-hour week in offices, not including meal breaks, was announced by the Minister of Labour. A maximum of a fortnight’s holiday is also provided.
