WANGANUI VISIT
PRIME MINISTER ARRIVES TO-MORROW WILL RECEIVE DEPUTATIONS The Prime Minister, the Hon. P. Fraser, has notified the Mayor, the Hon. \V. J. Rogers, M.L.C., that he will he paying a visit to Wanganui to-morrow afternoon and will reI reive deputations arranged for him. Mr. Fraser, in company with 1 General Puttick and Major-General | Weir, will visit Palmerston North to-morrow morning for the milii tary display there. I Mr. Fraser will he arriving from I PflmcrFton North to-morrow after- ! noon at 4 o’clock, stated Mr. Rogers,
S I’. Andrew Photo. THE HON. I’. FRASER and he will receive deputations from Ractihi, Huntorville and Marion on important matters. The deputations will be introduced by Mr. E. B. Gordon, M.P. for Rangitikei. To-morrow night Mr. Fraser will meet members of the Wanganui Harbour Board for the purpose of discussing matters affecting the board. All the deputations will be heard in the Wanganui City Council Chambeis. Mr. Fraser will stay at Foster's Hotel and will go on to Taranaki on Wednesday morning.
