BREAD ZONING SCHEME (P.A.i Christchurch. May 17. To ensure that all bakers give their I support to the city bread zoning scheme to-morrow, petrol allowances! for bread deliveries will be cut by 501 per cent. Mr. L. A. Woodward, who announc-' ed that he had received a letter from the District Oil Fuel Controller to that effect, said it was now obvious that bakers were powerless to refuse their support for the zoning scheme.
