MOVEMENT QUESTIONED IN PARLIAMENT (P.A.) Parliament Bldgs., March 17. In notice of a question to the Prime Minister in the House of Representatives this afternoon, Mr. W. M. C. Denham asked if the Prime Minister were aware? that the "Awake New Zealand" campaign which was at present being conducted in the Dominion, was organised by a section of the people who necessarily were ignorant of Nu. Zealand’s war activities, and who*' chi«- concern ’.ftos apparently to unseat the Goxernment. He wanted to know if the Prime Minister would take action to awaken "Awake New Zealand" campaigners to the fact that their criticism was neither valuable nor constructive but was querulous and fretful, and might play into the hands of our enemies.
