CUT IN NEWSPRINT IN BRITAIN
London, March 16. A 10 per cent, cut in the use of newsprint which operates from to-day has restilted in the non-appearance of early sporting editions of the evening newspapers. Morning papers told their readers - that one person in ten is now without his paper, and therefore the lucky ones are urged to share or lend their , copies and to co-operate with the ] newsagents in securing the fairest dis- ; tri bu tion. ;
