GERMAN AIRMAN’S TRIBUTE (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) London. March 15. A German airman broadcasting from Berlin paid a tribute to lh r * unparalleled defences the British have built up at Malta.” He said: “We were met everywhere throughout the island by an array of anti-airerp* guns and at any moment must be readv to engage fighters, the efficiency of which left traces on our machines.
