MAJESTIC THEATRE
George Formby’s famous catchphrase, “It’s Turned Out Nice Again,” and title of his new, fast-paced fun spectacle which is screening at the Majestic Theatre, has been used as a phrase by Formby over a long period. Britain’s No. 1 Comic is seen in this latest production from Ealing as a purveyor of ladies’ underwear. The comedy spectacle in displays of lingerie of yesteryear in contrast to the modern versions provide countless laughs to snappy, catchy songs of George. All this plus hilarious domestic back-chat born of mother-in-law bickerings, and some rich business with a pair of pigeons who are reluctant to make connubial contact help to carry along on a fast-moving stream of laughter- -“Turned Out Nice Again” and probably Formby : s best to date. Also showing is the latest March of 'lime, “Sailors With Wings.
