CONDUCT OF CHILDREN Stockholm, March 13. The Germans imposed a line of about £330,000 sterling on Stavanger the heaviest fine ever imposed in Norway. The fine was inflicted after it was found that school children had damaged electric light installations in several schools. Strong German reinforcements rel cently arrived in Stavanger, and are mostly billeted in the schools.
