March 13. 1 Mackay radio announced that, effective at 10 p.m. to-day, a direct, radio-telegraph circuit was esta relished between the Mackay Radio San Francisco station and Wellington for the exchange of all classes of traffic between the United States and New Zetland at existing cable rates. The Wellington station is being operated by the Ne»v Zealand Government.
