Second-Lieutenant < temp.-lieuten ant) B. C. Barwick .is to be captail (temp.) The following second-lieutenant, (temp.) are to be lieutenants (temp.> J. C. James, R. M. R. Love. F. B Weeks, A. H. Charles, E. P. Richard son, D. C. McDonald, A. H. Tong.and H. S. Clark. The undermentioned are to be sec ond-lieutenants (temp.): Frederic!
