CHRISTIAN PACIFIST SENTENCED. I (P.A.) Nelson, March 13. A reservist who failed to report for duly was sentenced in the Magis- ' irate's Court to two months' gaol, 10l- : lo.'. ed by defaulters' camp. Defend- ; .mt. Manson Hyland, said he was a Whrslian Pacifist and refused any 'work under military control. The police pointed out that defendant had previously expressed willingness to do non-combatant work.
