Casey, wile ol the Australian Minister to the United States, advert!.I ing “Anzac Week,” in which the Brit ish War Relief Society will especially feature Australian and New Zealand war activities and war relief. The so-called week actually extend* from March 4 to March 15. The colourful posters include Australian soldiers, graphic maps of the Anzac region. and Ihe most interesting o' antipodean fauna. Anzac Week is one oi a series of weeks devoted to th 1 Dominions under the auspices of the British War Relief. The funds ob tained will be used for Australian and New Zealand relief, although nc special monetary campaign is included beyond the normal fund-rais-ing channels. One of the most important purposes is to acquaint th* ! public with the Australian and New Zealand war effort. Approximately 500 leading person.: at Washington, particularly women, have been invited to the British Wa.
