REPORTED MANOEUVRES IN SIBERIA (Reed. 8.20 p.m.» London, Dec. 17. A Manila menage reports a Kh xbarovsk radio announcement that tiie Soviet Far Eastern Army is engaged in tactical manoeuvre* in which large tank units arc participating. According to a ( hungking report the Khabarovsk radio stated that the Russian* are carrying out large-sca’e mnnaeuvres, with troop* in fu 1 ! kit, in Mie neighbourhood of the Siberian-Man-chukuoan border.
