PRECAUTIONS IN INDIA
FIRE WATCHING AND FIGHTING Bombay. Dec. 13. Comprehensive fire-watching and fire-fighting plans are being drawn up. All persons whose names appear in the municipal voters list are liable I for fire-watch duty. It is understood that Caii ulta and sunurbs will soon be declared emergency areas. Government officers have been directed to take precautions to preserve important documents.
