DECISION TO CONTROL ALL SALES (Press Assn • Wellington. Dec. 14. The Minister of Supply. Hon. D G Sullivan, announced to-night that It had been decided to control the sale of all motor lyres and tubes throughout the Dominion as from to-morrow Hence forward no motor tyres or tubes may he removed, sold, or otherwise disposed of. except with the consent of. or hx the direction of Hie Serrrtmx of Supply It was incumbent on all persons and firms holding stocks of motor tyros and tunes t<» forward immediately, to ‘ho Secretary • Supply, full particulars of such “This action has been taken.” said the Minister, "to ensure that our available stocks of motor tyres and tubes are conserved for most essential purposes."
