I The visit to America and England lof the Federal Parliamentary delegation was suddenly cancelled by the Prime Minister, Mr. J. Curtin, yesterday (Saturday*. 20 minutes before the members were due to leave Hobart. I LABOUR PARTY WIN (Rpcd. 9.30 p.mJ Sydney. Dec. 14. On the latest figures the Labour Party is assured of victory in the State elections held yesterday. Th*' indications are that Labour will be returned with a majority of eight, a gain of two seats on its position in the last Parliament. The state of the parties is likely to hr: Labour. 19: Nationalists. 11. It .will hr Labour's third term ot office.
